Freshly brewed coffee, an assortment of specialty teas and a selection of fruit juices are served throughout the morning

Balsamic raspberry reduction coated chicken breast served on a bed of Muscling salad
Grilled lobster & Pacifica salad - Artichoke, black olives, fresh mozzarella, mushroom, almonds and mixed greens
Calamari salad with lemon and champagne vinaigrette served on Crustini.
Classic Caesar salad with hand-made dressing and sour dough croutons
Open faced N.Y strip sandwich with sautéed mushrooms, grilled onions, French fries and side salad garnish
Crab cakes over spinach salad with apples, pistachios & orange sections, and balsamic vinaigrette
Grilled Portabella mushroom salad, with a stuffing of smoked bacon and Gorgonzola cheese, served with a strawberry and mixed green salad
Accompanied by artisan luncheon breads - Almond and walnut, vanilla and sea salt, sour dough, sundried tomato and pesto, classic dinner rolls, poppy seed bread, rosemary and cilantro, garlic, blue cheese and ham topped.
After lunch a selection of sorbets, ice creams or a mixed cheese platter with crackers, fresh fruits and chutneys are on offer, along with specialty coffees (espressos, cappuccinos etc)

Steak (to order) blue cheese and onion gratin with broccoli and chopped garlic green beans
After dinner guests can choose from a selection of liqueurs, specialty coffees or teas
Alternative dietary requirements are catered for upon request and a separate children’s menu is also available.
